I teach Slow Flow, Chair Yoga and Yoga for Cancer Classes throughout the week, as well as personalized yoga therapy and occasionally yoga retreats and community sessions.

Occasionally, I host yoga retreats in the Haliburton Highlands—an opportunity to rest, reconnect, and practice in community. I also collaborate with the Brooksong Retreat & Cancer Support Centre, offering yoga and mindfulness for those living with cancer and their loved ones.
