The Practice of Yoga
Yoga offers us more than postures—it offers tools for living with steadiness and grace. Through asana, breathwork, meditation, and reflection, we reconnect to our natural rhythm and vitality.
I teach Slow Flow, Chair Yoga and Yoga for Cancer Classes throughout the week, as well as personalized yoga therapy and occasionally yoga retreats and community sessions.

Occasionally, I host yoga retreats in the Haliburton Highlands—an opportunity to rest, reconnect, and practice in community. I also collaborate with the , offering yoga and mindfulness for those living with cancer and their loved ones.
